Findings indicate that interest levels have exceeded initial expectations. In response, a four-part Lunch & Learn series has been approved.

The Office of Compliance & Integrity has recently observed several unusual artefacts appearing within the Directorβs work area. The artefacts consisted primarily of boxes, arrows, decision points, and directional flow paths. Further examination revealed that the diagrams appeared to document Department processes rather than operational workflows.

Recent observations indicate that boundaries function as an effort management mechanism across the Department. Where ownership is clearly defined, attention stabilises, task transition improves, and unnecessary cognitive carry-over reduces.
