Several introductory activities were considered.

Observations

The Office notes that questions were frequently associated with learning rather than lack of capability.

Staff who asked questions appeared to become confident more quickly over time.

Recommendation

Where uncertainty exists, consider asking.

Curiosity appears to be a productive onboarding activity.
