Following recent Department interest in process mapping, the Office of Nourishment & Energy has elected to participate in the Consistency trial.
Several candidate processes were considered.
After review, the Office selected a familiar activity that occurs regularly across multiple operating environments.
The activity is making a cup of tea.
The initial artefact is provided below.

Observations
The Office notes that the process is widely utilised across the Department.
The process appears particularly effective during periods of uncertainty, complexity, or meetings that could have been emails.
Further investigation is underway.
Recommendation
Maintain access to preferred beverages where practical.
Small rituals appear to support consistency.
