Dear Team,
I’m delighted to announce the official arrival of our newest wellness asset: The Rebounder (with safety support bar attached). Early testing shows high engagement, cross-departmental excitement, and better sleep quality.
Below are initial responses from each department:
🧠 Emotional Wellbeing:
Reports an immediate mood boost after first bounce. Notes that the “lightness” may be symbolic as well as physical. Requests an official “bounce break” in the afternoon for morale.
🔍 Self Discovery:
Currently journaling on whether bouncing is a metaphor for resilience. Has also asked, “Are we jumping away from something, or towards something?” No conclusion yet.
📊 Productivity & Purpose:
Has created a “Rebounder Utilisation Log” and is tracking minutes per session. Recommends a 10-minute daily KPI, but notes the Director has already exceeded quota at 20–30 minutes.
🗂️ Onboarding:
Drafting a “Beginner’s Bounce” guide for new users, including warm-ups, safety tips, and a glossary of bounce types. Considering a laminated “Rebounder Etiquette” sheet.
🍲 Nourishment & Energy:
Reports that post-bounce hydration is essential. Suggests keeping a water bottle nearby and possibly adding a post-bounce snack option (fruit or trail mix).
🦶 Body Relations:
Cautiously optimistic. Appreciates the low-impact movement and the support bar. Notes increased joint comfort compared to previous cardio attempts. Monitoring foot comfort closely but approved for ongoing use.
