Subject: Boundaries — Physical Capacity Indicators

Following recent changes in responsibility management practices, the Office of Body Relations has conducted a review of current physical operating conditions.

The objective was to assess whether clearer boundaries produce observable effects within the body.

Observations indicate that periods of unclear ownership are frequently accompanied by increased physiological activity.

Common indicators include:

  • muscle tension persisting beyond work hours
  • difficulty disengaging from unresolved issues
  • mental rehearsal of conversations and outcomes
  • elevated fatigue despite unchanged workload levels

The Office notes that these indicators often occur when responsibility extends beyond direct operational control.

Recent observations suggest a measurable shift.

The following patterns are now being observed:

  • improved recovery following demanding interactions
  • reduced carry-over of work-related tension into personal time
  • faster return to baseline following unexpected disruptions
  • greater awareness of physical capacity limits

The Office further notes that the body appears responsive not only to workload volume, but also to perceived responsibility.

Where ownership is accurately allocated, physical strain appears less likely to accumulate unnecessarily.

This does not eliminate pressure.

However, it may reduce the duration for which pressure remains active within the system.

Recommendation
Continue monitoring physical signals associated with overextension.

Where tension persists beyond the event itself, review whether the responsibility being carried remains within operational ownership.

The body often identifies boundary breaches before the mind does.

Office of Body Relations
“The body keeps track of what we continue to carry.”
