Yesterday, the Department paused.

What appeared to be a simple gathering was, in practice, a coordinated expression of care — planned, prepared, and carried thoughtfully across offices.

I am aware of the effort involved.

The early start. The adjustments to schedules. The preparation that took place quietly. The attention to detail that allowed the moment to unfold with ease.

Each office contributed in its own way.

Productivity & Purpose created the space.
Nourishment & Energy prepared a generous spread.
Compliance & Integrity asked a meaningful question at the right time.
Emotional Wellbeing held a steady tone across the room.
Body Relations noticed the shift in the room.
Self Discovery recognised the significance of the moment.
Unofficial Channels carried a quiet sense of anticipation.

Everything came together with care and intention.

The result was more than a celebration. It reflected how this Department functions at its best.

Care was shared across the system.
Attention was given freely.
Presence was natural and unforced.

This is self-love in practice — expressed not only inwardly, but through how we show up for one another.

When asked about my wishes, my response was simple.

To be healthy and happy — and wishing everyone the same.

That remains unchanged.
