Subject: Field Notes — The Sleep Ledger Revisited
Body Relations revisited its earlier Sleep Ledger audit and found notable improvement: evening routines are stabilising, but phone overuse remains a recurring infraction.
Reminder: screen glow is not moonlight.
Eight hours is the Department’s compliance target; seven is negotiable, six is noncompliant.
Rest remains the best investment in daily performance.
