Subject: Snack Allocation Policy β Simulation Drill
π₯Introduction
The Department of Self Love proudly introduces Lily, our Onboarding Mascot. Imperfect by design and wonderfully human, Lily bravely steps into training simulations on behalf of us all. Her role is simple: to model both the wrong turns and the kind turns β and to forever ask the timeless question: βWhat Should Lily Do?β
π Objective
By the end of this training exercise, participants will:
- Identify the difference between fuel and filler.
- Navigate guilt-free snack decisions.
- Graduate with the provisional title Chief Snack Strategist (CSS).
π Simulation Scenarios
1. The Chocolate Conundrum
Challenge: Afternoon slump. A square of chocolate calls her name.
What Should Lily Do?
a) Deny herself completely and continue drooping.
b) Eat the entire block and spiral into sugar regret.
c) Enjoy a square as βjoyful fuel allocation.β β
2. The Coffee Dilemma
Challenge: The team is doing a coffee run, and Lily is exhausted.
What Should Lily Do?
a) Order three espressos and ride the shaky productivity wave.
b) Refuse coffee but secretly resent everyone else.
c) Order a sensible cup, and pair it with water for balance. β
3. The Kale Proposal
Challenge: A colleague presents kale chips at the snack table.
What Should Lily Do?
a) Roll her eyes and reach for biscuits only.
b) Force herself to eat kale she doesnβt enjoy.
c) Sample it politely, and choose snacks that actually nourish her. β
4. The Midnight Pantry Raid
Challenge: After a long day, Lily wanders into the kitchen at 11pm.
What Should Lily Do?
a) Eat half the fridge in a haze.
b) Scold herself and go to bed hungry.
c) Acknowledge the hunger, have a light snack, and return to bed satisfied. β
5. The Sharing Economy
Challenge: Lily brings snacks to share, but finds herself nibbling most of them.
What Should Lily Do?
a) Hide the snacks so no one notices.
b) Apologise to the group for being βweak.β
c) Laugh, share whatβs left, and restock tomorrow β snacks are for humans, not robots. β
π Certification
Lily (and any recruit who chose β
options) is now certified as a Chief Snack Strategist (CSS) of the Department of Self Love.
Your badge will renew each time you treat food as fuel and joy, not guilt.
Respectfully submitted,
Office of Nourishment & Energy
βBecause snacks are strategy.β
β¨ Bonus Stamp: Survivors receive the character ι£ (shΓ) β eat, nourishment β on their badge, reminding us that feeding ourselves is both policy and pleasure.
