Colleagues,
As we enter the final stretch of 2025, this meeting gathers every office one last time for alignment before the year winds down. Next month, we will reconvene for the All-Departments Gathering (12 December) — our annual celebration and formal closure.
Today, we review our collective progress, align our closing priorities, and prepare the Department for a graceful transition into rest.

1. Year-to-Date Highlights
- Body Relations rebuilt stamina with gentleness, turning movement, posture, and recovery into core business.
- Emotional Wellbeing redefined calm as collective culture through Slow Sundays, kindness requests, and gentle audits of energy.
- Nourishment & Energy led the Office Swap series, infused the workplace with colour, and turned the rainbow lunch into a morale metric.
- Self Discovery deepened introspection through the Did You Know series, documenting growth, reflection, and curiosity as continuous practice.
- Productivity & Purpose standardised the “0.1-version-better” improvement metric and reminded us that celebration is a compliance requirement.
- Onboarding fostered patience through Lily’s journey — proving that kindness is the best orientation tool.
- Compliance & Integrity strengthened the ethical backbone of the Department with the Integrity Index Framework and proved that rest is lawful.
- Unofficial Channels maintained high morale through chocolate diplomacy, tea-time intelligence, and gossip with purpose.
2. Upcoming Directives
- Submit Year-End Reflection Reports by 30 November.
- Nominate one highlight per office for inclusion in the 12 Days of Self Love series.
- Prepare contributions for the All-Departments Gathering (12 December), where the Director will deliver the annual address.
- Ensure all staff have scheduled Me Days prior to the official closure on 22 December.
3. Discussion Topic — The Balance Quarter
“How can we finish strong without sprinting?”
Reflections are invited from every office. Insights will shape the Department’s 2026 wellbeing roadmap and inform next year’s Slow Sunday Reminder series — ensuring that balance remains built into every quarter.
