Further to the Director’s approval, OCI issues this reminder that Chocolate Hour, Round Two will take place today.

The inaugural celebration was recorded as a resounding success. Morale reports, pantry audits, and staff feedback confirmed that chocolate gatherings meaningfully increase joy, cooperation, and cross-office bonding. In recognition of this, the Director has endorsed Chocolate Hour as an ongoing Department tradition.

Details (confirmed):

• When: Wednesday, 5 November, from 3:00pm until the last truffle vanishes
• Where: Pantry, Level 1
• What to Expect: Fountains, brownies, fruit platters, and staff-prepared creations — with several new surprises in circulation.

Please note:

• Allergen notices will be displayed (milk, soy, and nuts where applicable).
• Fondue skewers will be provided; dipping directly remains strictly prohibited.
• Attendance is voluntary, indulgence is strongly encouraged.

Additional Observations:

• Nourishment has doubled fruit reserves.
• Emotional Wellbeing has refined a “cocoa reflection” meditation.
• Productivity & Purpose has pencilled “brownie trials” into meeting agendas.
• Self Discovery is once again teasing mystery truffles.
• Body Relations has committed to post-event stretches.
• Onboarding has confirmed no new hire will be left un-chocolated.
