Did you know… rivers rarely flow in straight lines? They bend and curve, carving valleys and changing course, but always, they find their way to the sea. 💧

At first, it seems uncertain. Why not flow directly? Why twist and turn? But every bend smooths the stones, nourishes the soil, and shapes the land. The detours are part of the design.

Self love is the same. Growth is not a straight road. We wander, we pause, we stumble. But each curve carries wisdom, each detour leaves us more whole.

What matters is not the speed or the straightness. What matters is that we keep flowing.
