Did you know… the phoenix is said to burn into ashes, only to rise again, renewed in flame and colour? 🔥

At first glance, it looks like an ending. Charred remains. Silence. But endings are not always final. From what looks destroyed, the phoenix emerges — brighter, stronger, alive again.

Self love often begins in ashes too. A chapter closes. A version of ourselves falls away. And yet, within us, there is always the ember — the part that knows how to begin again.

Every time we choose rest over exhaustion, honesty over pretending, or hope over despair — that is the phoenix stirring.

So if you feel like something has ended, remember: endings are fertile ground. Renewal is already waiting in the ashes.
