Subject: Nourishment’s Lunch Habits (Observed by Body Relations)
Observation
Having read glowing reports from Productivity and Emotional Wellbeing, Body Relations (BR) decided to see Nourishment’s legendary lunches for ourselves. At 12:05 p.m., we entered their quarters prepared to critique posture. Instead, we found discipline and colour in equal measure:
- Long table, chairs aligned, laptops closed.
- Plates rainbow-coded:
- ❤️ tomatoes
- 🧡 pumpkin
- 💛 corn
- 💚 broccoli
- 💙 blueberries
- 💜 purple cabbage.
- Forks raised in unison, posture straight but relaxed.
- Team Leader led with: “Lunch is care, not delay.”
Postural Notes
- Chewing measured and calm — jaws moved without strain.
- Plates angled ergonomically; no slouching observed.
- Hydration breaks taken without spinal collapse.
- Post-meal: a collective ten-minute walk, like a moving meditation.
Reflection
BR arrived sceptical. We left convinced: Nourishment doesn’t just eat, they embody posture in plate form.
Respectfully submitted,
Office of Body Relations
“Because posture is more powerful when fuelled.”
