Did you know… the lotus grows in murky water, unseen beneath the surface, before it blooms into a luminous flower? 🌸

At first, all you see is mud. Nothing elegant. Nothing promising. But under the surface, the lotus is rising — quietly, patiently — until one day it opens, untouched by the dirt it grew through.

Self love is like the lotus. The circumstances may not be perfect. The water may feel heavy and unclear. But still, you are growing. Still, you are rising.

And then suddenly, we notice:

• A calmer morning.
• A steadier breath in the middle of stress.
• A choice that honours us instead of diminishing us.

Bloom revealed. 🌸

So if you’re doubting yourself, remember the lotus. Even in murky waters, you are still rising.
