Did you know… bamboo can grow up to 91 centimetres in a single day? 🌱

At first glance, it looks like nothing is happening. Silent stalks, unmoving leaves. But underground, roots are weaving their quiet architecture. Then, in one astonishing burst, the growth becomes visible — fast, tall, undeniable.

Self love works like that too. We may not see evidence every single day. Progress can feel painfully slow, invisible even. But unseen shifts are happening — habits taking root, resilience forming fibre, courage threading through our days.

And then suddenly, we notice:

• A lighter morning.
• A gentler voice to ourselves.
• A decision made with kindness instead of criticism.

Growth revealed. 🌱

So if you’re doubting the pace of your progress, remember the bamboo. Trust the roots. The leap will come.
