Subject: Physical Operations Report – July 2025
Date: 7 August 2025
Classification: Level 1 – Functional & Sensory
Dear Director,
We acknowledge that this report is being submitted while lying down.
🛠️ Status Update:
- The body continues to show up daily, despite ongoing foot discomfort
- Movement has been gentle, responsive, and filled with subtle negotiations
- Rebounder activities have been trialed with mixed success (results: fun but fatiguing)
💬 What We’ve Been Saying Internally:
- “I’ll lie down for 10 minutes” (followed by 40 minutes of nothing)
- “We’re not tired-tired, just body-tired”
- “Maybe we should stretch… tomorrow”
🌟 Highlights:
- Managed to maintain functional routines despite limited physical capacity
- Supported all departments through cooking, walking, driving, and dishwashing
- Created several new pain signals to gently suggest rest (softly, but firmly)
🧍 Challenges:
- Fatigue frequently mistaken for laziness by Office of Productivity (we’re working on that)
- Foot still hurts (we’re working on that too)
- Tension stored in hips and jaw like unprocessed inbox items
✨ Recommendations:
- Weekly check-ins with Emotional Wellbeing to express the “feeling in the flesh”
- Request approval for “horizontal working options” on low-energy days
- Need: new socks, softer shoes, more grace
We may not be loud, but we hold everything.
With steady breath,
Office of Body Relations
“Still onboarding. Still aching. Still loyal.”
