Following the first Lunch & Learn session, staff curiosity regarding process maps continues to grow. The Department has therefore commenced a small trial to explore consistency through process-based communication. Initial observations suggest that learning is occurring enthusiastically under current operating conditions.

Following recent observations regarding Department process maps and the unexpectedly high level of staff interest they generated, several questions have been directed to the Director’s Office. The most common question has been: Why process maps? Recent observations suggest that many of the concepts explored by the Department are not isolated events. They are processes.
