Welcome to the Department of Self Love — an organisation that looks suspiciously like you. At the top sits the Director (calm, wise, slightly cheeky), while seven offices handle the daily business of keeping life running. And yes, there’s even a Training Mascot.

Think of this page as your orientation handout: meet the team, learn the roles, and don’t worry — everyone here reports to the same Director.

🏛️ The Director

The Director is the steady voice at the centre — big-picture, composed, sometimes formal, sometimes funny. She sees the whole Department at once and makes sure the offices don’t spin out of control.

Essence: Vision, order, continuity.

🧡 Office of Emotional Wellbeing

This office handles feelings, moods, and boundary enforcement. Expect memos about rest, kindness, and emotional audits.

Essence: Heart, nurture, gentle honesty.

🔍 Office of Self Discovery

The explorers. They file reports on insights, identity, and experiments. Curious, reflective, always asking questions.

Essence: Curiosity, reflection, growth.

📊 Office of Productivity & Purpose

The ambitious planners. Obsessed with goals, KPIs, and “getting things done.” Sometimes a little too rigid — but essential for direction.

Essence: Drive, structure, progress.

🍲 Office of Nourishment & Energy

The kitchen and fuel station. They believe food is strategy, chocolate counts as joy, and rest is non-negotiable.

Essence: Care, balance, sustainable energy.

🦶 Office of Body Relations

Responsible for confidence, comfort, and showing up in the world. Witty, cheeky, sometimes vain — but always rooting for your body.

Essence: Presence, appearance, self-respect.

🐥 Office of Onboarding

Guides new recruits through simulations and training. Home of Lily, our official Training Mascot, who bravely models the timeless dilemma: “What Should Lily Do?”

Essence: Teaching, guidance, safe beginnings.

📑 Office of Compliance & Integrity

The auditors. They track rest policies, uphold honesty, and issue corrective memos when self-neglect gets out of hand. Serious tone, but always with your best interest at heart.

Essence: Discipline, integrity, protection.

🐥 Meet Lily — Training Mascot

Every organisation needs a mascot. Ours is Lily — imperfect by design, wonderfully human, and always caught in awkward self-love dilemmas. She stars in simulation exercises, collecting badges as she goes.

Her motto: “What Should Lily Do?”
