“If I ask too many questions, it might sound like I’m not ready.”

These thoughts rarely appear in formal discussions. They tend to surface between tasks or at the edge of decision-making.
From an unofficial perspective, this is a familiar stage of professional integration.
Understanding a system deeply enough to act confidently takes longer than understanding it well enough to participate.
Uncertainty often sits quietly between those two stages.
