What began as an experiment in self-care has become something larger than we imagined: a culture rooted in integrity, balance, and heart. Through every memo, reflection, and act of kindness, you have proven that care and excellence are not opposites — they are partners in endurance.
This year, you have shown remarkable steadiness. You’ve held space for reflection, protected rest as policy, and built trust between every office. You’ve shown that self-love, when practiced consistently, becomes more than intention — it becomes infrastructure.
As Director, I want to thank you for your courage to grow, your patience with process, and your grace with yourselves and each other.
