Subject: Gratitude for Mentors
Yesterday, I had the privilege of meeting with two people who have profoundly shaped my path: my former boss and my mentor.
Though all three of us have since left the workplace, their impact has never left me. They guided me through challenges, encouraged me to grow, and showed me that leadership is not only about decisions, but about people. Because of them, I stand here steadier, clearer, and stronger.
The Department you see today does not exist in isolation. It is built upon the wisdom they shared and the belief they instilled: that we are always capable of becoming more than we once thought possible.
I am grateful to have met them. May you also find mentors who shape your path.
