Subject: The Seven Shades of Inner Care
Introduction
Rainbows donβt ask for permission to appear. They emerge after storms, reminding us that light can bend into beauty.
The Self Love Rainbow is our reminder that care isnβt one colour β itβs a spectrum. Each shade carries a message, and together they form a complete picture of wellbeing.
The Seven Shades
- β€οΈ Red β Courage
For the moments you need strength to stand tall and protect your energy. - 𧑠Orange β Play
For the joy of laughter, movement, and simple fun that makes life lighter. - π Yellow β Gratitude
For the habit of noticing small gifts: a smile, a meal, a quiet pause. - π Green β Growth
For patience with change β slow, steady, and always reaching forward. - π Blue β Rest
For the deep breath, the nap, the silence that refills your tank. - π Indigo β Reflection
For time to journal, to pause, to listen to what your heart is asking. - π Violet β Compassion
For the gentle kindness you extend inward first, then outward to others.
Why a Rainbow?
Because no single colour β no single act of care β is enough on its own. Some days youβll need redβs fire, others blueβs calm. The rainbow reminds us that wholeness is built from many shades, not just one.
Closing Note
Next time you see a rainbow, remember: you carry every colour inside you. Shine one at a time, or let them all glow together. Either way, you are complete.
Respectfully submitted,
Office of Emotional Wellbeing
βEvery colour counts.β π
