Subject: 📡 Special Bulletin – 72-Hour Fast Complete
Date: 6 August 2025
Classification: Level 1 – Milestone Memo
Dear Team,
I wanted to share a personal achievement that coincides with our first full month of operations – one that, until recently, felt completely out of reach.
This week, I completed my first 72-hour fast.
No food. Just water, black coffee, and sheer willpower (plus love).
This wasn’t about punishment or control. It was about testing the boundaries of what I thought I couldn’t do. I’ve wanted to try this for a long time, but fear always got in the way. It felt impossible. Lonely. Too big.
But I didn’t do it alone.
My husband – my co-conspirator in courage – did this with me. We checked in, encouraged each other, and stayed present even when it got hard. And yes – it got very hard.
I still cooked every meal for the kids. I packed their lunch boxes. I stood in the kitchen with smells swirling and didn’t cave in. That alone feels like a personal revolution.
The hardest part? Not the hunger.
It was the clarity.
I couldn’t sleep. My mind was sharp. No fog. No fatigue. Just… space.
Will I do it again?
Yes. Every quarter.
As a reminder of what’s possible when you trust yourself and stay the course.
This isn’t about fasting.
It’s about faith.
In yourself. In your support system. In your inner strength that doesn’t always scream, but never stops standing.
To anyone quietly wondering if you’re capable of more than you’ve allowed yourself to believe:
You are.
Start small if you need to.
But trust me – you’re more powerful than you know.
With love and deep quiet strength,
The Director of Self Love
“Still onboarding. Still stretching. Still deeply amazed.”
