🗂️Field Notes: Nourishment on the Frontlines

Date: 24 July 2025

To: You, the unsung kitchen hero
Subject: Mission Status: Nourishment Successfully Deployed

Today was Cooking Day – the kind where the kitchen becomes mission control. I cooked a few days’ worth of food – all healthy, organic, wholesome, and made with love and care; because the next few days will be full of events and errands.

The plan? Come home, reheat, and enjoy. No compromise on nourishment.

Was it hard?
Yes. My foot hurt. I stood for three hours chopping, stirring, washing.

Was it worth it?
Absolutely. The smiles on my family’s faces made every step (and misstep) in the kitchen worth it.

Sometimes, love shows up as soups simmering in the background and nutritious food neatly packed in glass containers. This was one of those days.

Warmly,
Team Lead
