🗂️ Internal Memo from HR: Boundary Violations

Date: 23 July 2025
From: Internal HR
To: All Departments
Subject: Reminder on Energy Boundaries and Rest Protocols

Dear Team,

Please be advised that the early morning sequence of today – involving repeated alarm snoozing, zombie-mode breakfast prep, lunchbox assembly, and a minor kitchen injury – has triggered a review into current operating conditions.

We understand that a podiatrist visit was recently logged and that ongoing foot pain is affecting rest cycles. This matter is being tracked under Chronic Conditions and Patience Logs, but the impact on morale has been noted.

We would also like to gently flag the moment when fasting collided with emotional fatigue. While your metabolic systems deserve applause for their fat-burning flexibility, please remember: mood matters too. Choosing wellness should never mean overriding your humanity.

Today’s HR Recommendation:

  • Reassess internal boundary settings (especially around productivity vs. physical wellbeing).
  • Upgrade language from “I should push through” to “I deserve to pause.”
  • Restore emotional balance by remembering: inconvenience is not failure. It’s just… life.

Warm regards,
Internal HR Department
Office of Productivity & Purpose

P.S. We saw the Egg Burn Incident, and we just want to say: ouch. You didn’t deserve that, especially pre-coffee. We’ve sent over a little care kit:
🌟 one invisible gold star
🫖 a cup of metaphysical comfort
🛋️ a footrest for both pain and pride
You’re doing better than you think.
