Today was simple, and full.
I shared a meal with my family in a cozy restaurant. The food was nourishing, but it was the vibe that stayed with me – the sound of people talking over steaming plates, the laughter of children, the gentle rhythm of a Sunday afternoon.
Outside, the cold pressed in. Inside, there was warmth.
Not just from the heater, or the hot lemon ginger tea I made when I got home – but the kind that settles in your bones when you know you’re safe, fed, and held by the ordinary rituals of life.
These moments don’t scream. They don’t perform.
They arrive quietly – a deep breath, a warm sip, a shared look across the table.
